Obtain IT was founded by Dean Fuller in 2022, who brings almost a decade of niche technical recruiting expertise. Dean worked in small start-up businesses, to some of the biggest global organisations in the recruitment industry. 

Our goal is to offer you the support and structure of an enterprise organisation, without the KPI’s and Phone time reports. We are agile, forward thinking and determined to make a positive impact on how recruitment is executed. 

There is no exit plan. What is important for us is to create a brand that can be trusted, a team that believes in forging long term relationships and the aspiration to deliver true value to their candidates and clients.
